I'm going to be replacing the intake manifold gasket in the Impala tomorrow. While I'm in there, is there anything else you guys can think of that I should do?

I'm also replacing the spark plugs, serpentine belt, throttle body gasket, valve cover gaskets, fuel filter, oil, oil filter, & coolant. New radiator cap, air filter, and spark plug wires already there.

Anything I'm missing? If I don't ask, I'm pretty much assuring myself that I'll miss something, and kick myself later because I forgot or didn't realize it should have been done.

PCV Valve?

When you have the throttle body off check the intake where it bolts up. If I'm not mistaken there is a coolant passage there that has a tendency to leak.

No. How exactly is that done?

Replace the oil pump drive shaft o-ring. They leak all the time.
Also replace the thermostat. They are a bitch to get to when the intake is on. I would suggest doing it now!
