O.K. Lets start with what it is. basically stock 5.0 with ported, polished upper and lower intake. Bassani headers, Pacesetter H pipe, Flowmaster American thunder and tailpipes, NO CATS, NO SMOG PUMP, BBK Cold air kit, 73MM vortech MAF, ADS Superchip, New MSD 6a, New MSD Cap, rotor. New Ford Motor sport Wires. Nitrous bigshot Plate kit, Jacobs nitrous mastermind. 410's ...Plenty more but nothing to do with my question. The car runs great when on it even though there is somthing holding back almost like starving or suffocating. My fpsi is about 42 46 but i have a t rex pump also. somtimes the car misses and gives a couple of slight pops from the intake somtimes from the exaust. I think the timing is off but it does not spark knock at any point. also, I have two A/f Ratio gauges, One for the left side and one for the right. Both show equally lean. Maybe one led when at idle. At night I can see all the red but none of the yellow. Any solutions are appreciated.

It's too hard to tell from here, but it seems as though you may have a valve sealing issue. Maybe a weak spring or bent valve, or sticking valve. That's only a guess, based on all your electronics working properly.

valve springs.

could be your timing with these computer the way they are and adjusting the fp it could make a difference, i had the same problem and until i could get a chiip i to the snout connevtor out and ran it at 34* timing because with th espout out it will not advance. Just dont run the nitrous or it could get ugly. But i called everywhere and they siad it was the computer and the timing so try that and see what you think to give you an idea

What kind of plugs are you running? I had a similar problem and was running bosch platinum plugs(JUNK) I replaced the plugs with regular autolite plugs and the problem went away!
