Steering Problem - Question

In the Impala (I'm really starting to HATE this car!), when making a U-Turn, I've noticed a problem in the steering. The only way I can describe it is by saying it feels like one of the wheels is out of round...like if one of the wheels was slightly oval...or running over a series of small bumps.

Anyone know what this is? My first guess is going to be CV Joint...
