I was wondering if any of you guys had any spare parts that you may be willing to part with( for the right price of course).
A good friend of mine, diehard Mopar guy recently got the turbo bug and bought a couple cars. Was wondering if you had some parts, intercooler, maybe a 14.7 psi computer etc. Hes not computer literate so Im stuck doing the searches online. He has a nice collection of Mopars, a couple Dusters, a Challenger, a Dart, a few other things I cant remember right now.
Thanks

LS

(I'm not technically a turbo dodge guy, but I've been looking for the right Daytona or turbo minivan for a while now......)

check out the For Sale forums on turbododge.com ...........they've always got all kinds of stuff there.

If you're looking for new stuff, check out www.fwdperformance.com , they've got pretty much everything.

Mainly the intercooler setup, he just bought like 2 more Daytonas. I think all his stuff is turbo I stuff, theyre all 86-87s. Would the turbo II computer work on them too?

If his stuff is T1, he'll need the T2 wiring harness as well to go with the computer - otherwise, he can just play with intercooling the T1 setup and 'make' it a T2

I actually have a T-II radiator for Dayonta so you can use the OEM style intercooler. I also have a custom front mount that I had made from two OEM cores. I think I also have most of the airbox parts and plumbing to put in the T-II style intercooler.

Interesting that this thread made a comeback. I've been planning to intercool my Dart, and one idea I had was to use a K-car T-II radiator and intercooler. Rodslinger, would you happen to have an OEM-style intercooler too? And did the Daytona have an automatic?

I've got the OEM intercooled radiator which is the harder part to find. I'll check it tomorrow to see if it has the trans cooler lines which I think they all did regardless. I also have a large intercooler for FMIC use that was actually made from two stock TII cores. You can still find the stock IC cores on eBay pretty regularly.

Cool, what are the dimensions on those? I'll have to measure the Dart to see if I can make them fit.

Also check out the for sale section on www.turbo-mopar.com and www.turbosunleashed.com has a lot of parts for sale too.
