what is "the sunshine"?

$375? How good can it be for that price? I prefer Kickers anyway.

I do to Jay. Those there sound good, but they are just PL's, but the Rockford T2's are the shit ! One 10 sounds like most 15's.

Suggested retail: Rockford Fosgate PL3-212 $649.99
I find this website online called: www.hotbuyselectronic.com and they were selling the setup for 324.99 but shipping was well over $200.00. So I called them and said I would come to NY to pick it up and the guy was like ok. So for $50 of sales tax and no $200.00+ for shipping it works... So dont judge these if you haven't heard them... Here is the beast behind the P3's

Here's the T2's, one 12" has a 304 ounce magnet

$699 from crutchfield http://www.crutchfield.com/S-8peih8...700&I=575T212D2
The P3's are $249.99 each, and they do list that box for $649
But, I still like the Square Kickers. Uncle's S-10 has two 15" L7 Kickers and two big ass Kicker Amp's. Me likes that setup ALOT.

Posted by: Fraws
Fear Factory rules, I saw them live in CT back in July and it was un-touchable. New album by far the best out there, and I highly recommend. Check out the video links for there recent videos...

Pretty nice setup, but I'll stick with my PPI PowerClass amps and single Image Dynamics 12" in a custom-built sealed box. Personally, I'll take clarity & accuracy over "boom" anyday.
I toyed with some RF equipment about 5 years ago...didn't care much for it. I had probably close to a dozen different setups before I found one that I really liked...it's a good thing I build my own boxes, or I'd be out a few grand for some wood, glue, nails, and carpeting.
Some of the setups I had (the ones I can remember)
2 JL 10w0's in a sealed box, powered by a Kenwood 400w 4ch
2 JBL 12's in a ported box, powered by same Kenwood
Same 2 JBL 12's, powered by a RF 800w 2ch
3 JL 8w6's in a ported box, power by the same RF
Same JL's in a ported box, powered by a 500w Phoenix Gold 2ch
Same JL's in a sealed box, powered by same Phoenix Gold
2 PPI 12's (the ones with the flat, carbon fiber 'cone') in a sealed box, powered by same Phoenix Gold. These subs were loud, but sounded like crap.
Single Image Dynamics 12" in a sealed box, powered by the same Phoenix Gold.
Then I got the setup I have now - Sealed ID 12" w/ PPI PC1400. I went through at least 3 boxes before I built one that sounded the way I wanted it to.
I know there were other setups, I just can't remember them off the top of my head.
Yeah, I was a bit picky about the sound quality...and yeah, I lost some money. But it's a good thing I bought most of the amps and subs used on ebay, so I sold it for a relatively small loss.

Looks good. Fills out the trunk pretty nicely. I guess you needed one complement.
