I believe the AmercInn guys are bringing in contractors from Minnesota to take care of the building. Dad bought into the franchise. I was representing his company in the Groundbreaking Ceremony. This one is the first AmericInn in Texas and will be the nicest hotel in town, without a doubt. The town's pretty excited and have shown a lot of support.
