Loud squealing at cold startup

My brother's Rodeo makes an extremely loud squealing sound at cold startups, that lasts between 3 to 30 seconds. Everyone I've asked immediately thought it was the fan clutch. The fan clutch was replaced with a new one, and the problem still exists. The belts were also replaced.

Any ideas? Would any of the pullies make this kind of noise?

damn, this guy i worked with had a rodeo that did the exact same thing.

spray the belts with "belt dressing", see if that fixes it.

The pully surfaces are prolly glazed over. Try using some sandpaper on them to remove the glaze. That or the pullies are misadjusted.
