O.K. GIRLS, I need alittle help......

A client of mine has offered me two (2) front row tickets to see a U2 concert at the Anaheim Pond for this Saturday night 4/2. I don't want to sound to OLD, butt, who the fuck is U2?

Should I take the tickets or give them back?

I need an answer SOON............ If I don't take them, he said he has several other people who WANT them.

U2 is an irish rock band that made it famous on the pop/rock charts over here in the 80's... Sunday Bloody Sunday is one of there biggest hits, along with Pride..They have quite a number of chart topping hits...

Hmmm I think U2 is another one of those bands that should have quit after 10 years. I like thier old stuff, but they started to lose me with rattle and hum. Auctung baby had a few good songs. Everything after that has sucked.

That said, I woulnd't pass up free tickets...

Believe it or not, I wasn't a fan! I knew who they were, had heard a few of their songs, but never really got into their music. I bet you weren't a fan until you found out about Rob, huh?

Never was a fan at all. But i respect talent and rob has it. there are OPERA singers who can hit the notes he can. ditto for bruce dickinson. im not a maiden fan by any means but the guy has an immense amount of talent.

I must admit, Mr. P...I really never saw or heard U2 in concert, but they really do sound different than the studio versions of their song from the wav tracks I've heard of them by searching....Can't believe it's that bad....Now if you want to see a real rock band jam in concert and the vocalist sounds every bit as good as the studio version, no screaming...Go see "RUSH".....Three guys is all and they sound like six of them....and Neil Peart is worth the price of the tickets....

Motorhead couldn't hold a candle to the sound these three guys can make together...

Rush and U2 are the two bands that make me change radio stations. I'm so tired of hearing their tired ass songs. Funny how they both came up together in this thread....

BTW- U2 is the worst band I have ever heard that made the big time. EL-LE-FUCKING-VA-SHUN WHOOOOOO-FUCKING-HOOOOO. Seriously, find some talent Boner. I mean Bono.
