The Best? I think Kooks is pretty damn nice.

Best bang for the buck? I think BBK makes a nice header at a reasonable price.

Worst reputation? I think Mac has the worst fit of all of them.

What is it with every one shitting on MAC headers?
I have 2 Mustangs with MAC long tubes, off road H pipes and cat backs and they didnt fit any worse than any other header I`ve been involved with and that includes BBKs.
In fact they fit a damn sight better than any of the cheap shit you get from most manufacturers and they last as long or longer than any other header out there with the exception of stainless of coarse.
The price is better than a lot of quality headers out there also.

You know how it goes on the internet. If somebody has a bad experience with something, they're more than happy to post threads about it. When something fits properly, it goes on unnoticed.

I was just saying that I've seen posts about Mac Headers more than any other.

I gotta buddy in Tulsa that has Mac Full-lengths, ProChamber and Pro Dumps. He digs the hell out of them. The headers didn't give him too much hell at all.

Regarding the bad headers....I think FlowTech is another one to stay away from.

SLP makes a nice set of long tubes if your willing to pay the price, with modular motors the best bet is to get Long Tubes, for everything iv seen they've always posted more HP/TQ and better quarter mile times, im sure that shorties like the BBK's would work somewhat but not on the same level as long tubes, just my .02
