interested in trades? I've got an 89 camaro

Posted by: VETTKLR

It would fit nicely in the 3-car garage, Mike!

The property in Cape Coral/Ft. Myers is selling like crazy! The lot beside the house is listed for $600,000, last time I checked. This is a helluva deal, even for a short-term investment.

yes, but alot of it is over inflated figures from the real-estate places buying all this land up and selling it for WAYYY more $$ than its worth. a normal human cant afford to live down here...

You're right, these aren't normal humans. They're retiring baby-boomers cashing in tehir 401K's I bet you and I share the same views of Don King, Iroc.

The baby boomers are taking over that place like it's going out of style!

The aforementioned lot is waterfront property. Lots on the other side of the street go for a considerably less amount.

Ok, My camaro and $1,500 cash, thats my final offer.

Let's see what she does on the market for a day or two.

We'll be in touch.

actually, you reminded me to change my location... I have been back down here for 2 months now.

the waterfront shit in this area goes for ungodly sums of money. I looked at a house in the cape on a canal that didnt even have access to the river directly. it was a total slum, and they wanted 160,000 for it... shit, i wouldnt have given them 20... the only thing that the house was good for is an artificial reef in the gulf.

out in Alva, the lots right on the river, with water access are about a quarter million per acre. that just buys you a lot and a space to put a mailbox. If I could afford the mortgage, I would buy a couple lots together and sell them fuckers for 10X my money in 4 years. I'll get some fresh pics in a few weeks and post them up, running the river 55 miles to lake okeechobee and back is a blast.
