Does anyone live in the Houston area?

I'm trying to buy a car from a lady in Houston. BUTT, she doesn't want me to come pick it up, she wants to ship it. I really don't trust this. So if anybody lives in the Houston area, could you drive by and check this out for me? I have her address if anyone can help out.

and believe it or not, I can play it, and do frequently, very loudly. One night I even played along with Eric Burdon and the ANIMALS. They were on public TV of course, ha ha, but hey, an opportunity like that doesn't come around every day, and the old boy can still belt out the song
