2000 Trans Am....

I have a 2000 trans am up for grabs. Pewter, A4, Nicely taken care of and garage kept.The car has appx. 80k on it. Gasoline prices are getting way to high for me and it is very upsetting to have to sell this car. It is a tough running beaut. Anyhow, The mods are:
Exterior:
Full ram air package
18" ZO6 wheels
zaino used constantly
Performance:
Full exaust (Hooker Longtubes, True dual flowmasters)
Complete Ls1 edit and Removal of TQ management, O2's and other emissions off)
3.73 gears
Lid & K & N
Tb Bypass
160*themostat
Brembo drilled and cross slotted rotors
Extras
Full window tint 5%
Alpine Cd/mp3 player
On these mods alone I went 12.7's consistently. I just bought a NX wet kit, Have not installed yet. but, will throw it in with the sale.

I've heard for years that LS1 F-bodies get 30+mpg on the highway. If that's even close to true, what are you planning to buy in its place, a Civic? Just curious here due to all the bragging of great mpg over the yrs, and knowing many cars today won't do better, let alone with 300+hp. Almost seems selling for fuel economy will more than anger you in the end. It looks like you'll truly regret it. Good luck on the sale if that's what you wanna do.

Its the manual cars that are known to get that kind of mpg. his is an automatic with 3.73s.

Man, Don't i wish that My car was getting 30+ mpg.....More like 20 hwy and 14 -16 city!!

OUCH! MY F-350 averages 19.5! And it's got 3.73's and an automatic too!!! Of course, it's a diesel.
