Three breeches in the levee, water is pouring back into the city at this time.

I think this gives the term "mold" all new meaning. There won't be a frigging house down there that can be salvaged.

Looks like Galvaston might have dodged the bullet????

And the storm hasn't even hit it hard yet...
I say break the levee's in New Orleans and turn it into a nice place to fish and drink beer!

Nope.. I just can't see why they want to spend 200 Billion dollars of the Tax payers money to rebuild a place that it's just gonna happen to again. It'll happen this year or next year or sometime down the road. The place is already destroyed and nobody is there.. Better to cut your losses then to sink more money into it just to loose it all over again. 2/3 of the people that use to live there even saying there not moving back.
