5.4 Mod Motor and Trans Swap

Hi all, I've got an old 1986 F-150 4X4 that I use for work and around the house. It's been dependable as can be and I hate to get rid of it. The stock 5.0 EFI and AOD is pretty well worn and could definitely use some freshening up,(Rebuild). My question is, how much do the motor and trans mount's differ on the new 5.4 mod motor from the 5.0? Would this be a fairly easy swap or a nightmare? Considering what it would cost me to rebuild the original 5.0 and AOD trans, or get a long block replacement and rebuilt trans, with the addition of new sensor's, injector's (which are needed), etc. I can get a low mileage junk yard take out 5.4 w/ trans for about the same price or less. If this is a fairly common swap does anyone make motor mount's or would I have to fab my own? What kind of clearance issue's will I most likely have? Thanks for any help or info.

Im sure some of the mod motor guys will jump in here, but my vote says nightmare. The mod motors are phisically bigger than the 302, and Im guessing the mounts will be different also. Not to mention you will need the entire wiring harness, ECU, and exhaust complete with an OBD-II after cat O2 sensor.
