Those things are every where around here, lifted G-bodies with 20+ inch wheels.
They have more ground clearance than most SUVs.

Depends, If you are selling crack and/or running a pimping service then lowriders are dead. If you are selling cheap mexican dirtweed than low riders are still kosher.
