Hoopty hunting, and need info on Eagle Talons.

Looking at two Eagle Talons for a DD. One is a 95 TSi Automatic and the other a 91 TSi manual box. Anyone with DSM experiance please tell my the good and bad items to look for. Thanks in advance.
