how to remove governor on 96 TA

Hi, i was wondering how to remove the speed governor on my 96 TA?

you just have to look at the carb/injectors there will be a throttle cable on one side then a coil spring then there should be the governer cable on the other side.

What do you mean the top end limitor? cause thats all electronic, you would have to reprogram your ECU

Youd have to get the PCM reprogrammed.
