Well, right now I'm rather annoyed at Collector Car Trader Online. I had tried to sell my Spitfire through an ad there. I'd signed up for automatic renewal. When I sold the Spitfire, I went to take it down, and found the ad wasn't there. No problem, I figured - they must have taken it down already.

Well, I get my credit card statement today, and guess what? They charged me for the ad even though they didn't show it! I tried to give them a call, but their office had closed for the day. I'll definitely be on the phone with them tomorrow demanding my money back.

I gave them a call today. After 12 minutes on hold - I timed it, and there was no hold music - I finally got to speak to a representative. She looked things up, found that it hadn't been displayed since November, and so I'll be getting a pretty big refund.

Still ticks me off that it's even possible for their system to keep billing customers for a non-displayed ad. I wonder how many people have had that happen and didn't catch them?
