Is it me or does the front end of this 07 Silverado look odd?

It doesn't look like a Chevy. It's like it resembles a Ford or a Toyota.

Looks like the hood is open in that pic. They need to paint the chrome parts on the front to match the rest of it too. It does look a bit F150ish though. Lets see what it looks like in a single cab shortbed.

Kinda reminds me of a new Tahoe. Eh, I am not a truck guy so it does not do much to inspire me. Hell I still hate paying for my truck every month even though it has been trouble free and is very very handy to have!

Looks SHORT to me butt, maybe it is just the angle.

Also, kind of has a Cadillac look to me.

That's a spy shot. Sometimes they take the prototypes, gussy them up in thier production skins and roll them around in public to see what kind of reaction they get. They also do it to test idea in the "real world". Anyhow, no othe rpictures, I grabbed that from Car and Driver's site.
