Why is the one wrecked carrying a #21, while the top one is carrying a #61?? How could Marvin be driving the #61, wreck it and show the #21 afterwards?

NRA, come on guy, they don't assign a number to the car for life. The number chages on every race they enter, unless someone coordinates and gets the same number assigned. Ever see peel-off numbers for this reason, sheesh!

First pic was an eary photo of the car, you can tell because it's not wrecked in that photo, har har, ha ha.

In Nascar, The owners keep the same number...They just change drivers from time to time...

Number 61 apparently wasn't a NASCAR assigned number? In Europe there are so many races by so many manufacturers, they basically assigned numbers as the cars were entered, or by team, whatever. Otherwise you would see car numbers up into the thousands, instead of 61 and 21.
