well i spent yesterday fighting off food poisoning....no more fast food for a while...i think i gave david blaine and the mind freak some competition though i vometed so hard i levitated.....lol

my nephew and i had gone to sonic for lunch yesterday around 6 o clock i was dying ......my nephew got sick too...think i might stay away from there for a while...

Sorry to hear that. The only good thing about food poisoning is that it seldom seems to last very long. But when it happens, you feel like you're going to die. It's like a whole week's worth of flu suffering packed into an afternoon.

on the upside its a great crash diet plan! I once lost 8lbs in only a few hours. Uncontrolable vomiting and shitting will do that to ya.

you know ive been wanting to get back into shape.....i think ive dropped about 10 pounds since yesterday....lol
