Buying 2002 WS6 Trans AM Advice

Hello everyone, I am new to this forum and was hoping to get some advice and info on a 02 WS6 Trans AM. My wife has a good friend who is needing to sell her car and has offered to sell us her 02 WS6 Trans AM it is a dark silver T-top fully loaded with all avail options, Black Leather and it has 23,000 miles on it. The interior and exterior are in a like new condition with the exception on 3-4 hail dings on the hood and roof. The car has been garage kept never out in the winter, serviced every 3000 miles at the dealer and has had no performance mods done to it. She has offered it to us for $14,500 Cash. Is this to good of a deal to pass up? Is there any know problems with these cars that I should pay particular attention to. I have driven the car and it runs like a scalded ape. Thanks for any advice.

I'd say go for it...23,000 miles on her ain't bad....you probably wont find one in that great of condition for the price....most are ragged on by now...Price could be lower for how old it is....but not lowered by the condition it's in.....

Price could be lower? That is way low for that average retail for a low mile 02 WS6 is about 17500 dollars. I say go for it!

id say go for it an ls1 is so easy to upgrade.
