Idunno. I'm not sure what you want to fix.
If it's sending codes the PCM must have power. But, by the way I read it, it's not getting power. 
If the PCM isn't getting power, check the PCM relay. It's in the harness, right near the PCM (tucked inside the kick panal with the PCM).
