Wow, that looks nice. For the folk like me (who don't know nuttin!), what is it?

What is it going in? What are you shooting for?

Posted by: ultraflo

It's an R-block 347cid ... 4.125" bore, 3.250" stroke ... bryant billet crank, GRP Al. rods, CP pistons (13.63:1), Advanced Airflow Engineering FRPP Z304 heads, T&D shaft rockers, and a bunch of other 'good' parts.

9's on the motor, 8's with nitrous .... it's going in my '93 LX

nice... sounds like a great setup. and the block looks hot! so clean you can eat off that damn thing!

How come you gave them a better description at the Hardcore forum?
You like them better don’t you.

Posted by: ultraflo

their questions were more specific. LoL!

Very nice. Man, 9's on motor? That's a wicked motor. How much power will it be putting out? 13.63:1 compression?! Now, I'm not up on what gas to run with what compression...but that's gotta require racing fuel, no? Strictly a drag car, then?

Posted by: ultraflo

Yeah, drag strip only... 116 octane... should make 600-650hp @ the crank, looking to make 900-1000hp w/ nitrous.

Thanks!
