New Tires for my TA

Hey, I'm new to these forums.

I own a 98' Trans Am and I need to get new tires. I've nver had to replace the tires as I've only had it about 10 months. I don't have a lot of money to spend (about $600-$800). Right now I'm looking at these Kuhmos on tire rack.com that are $82 a tire.

If you guys have any suggestions to a better tire for the dollar I all ears.

EDIT: Now its changed. My dad is letting me use his credit carrd and i just have to pay the bill on it. So I'm getting some rims too. I think I'm gunna get A.Z.A. Z1 rims but I'm not sure what tire to get. So now if you guys got ideas it for a 245/40R18 tire size.
