Man, this forum has been dead for quite some time now!

I think this forum never had a chance, back in the day. I've noticed quite a few new members, so maybe they'll use it more than "we" did.
I haven't been to the drag strip more than 10 times in the part 4 years.
However, I'm about to make some changes to the Mustang (IF I ever get time!) and I'll be taking it to the track to make sure it'll run an awsome ET.
So, I might just be getting my feet wet again.

Sounds like a heater core leak to me!

J/K man. I'll give you $1 if you'll post your times in here when you finally do go.

Well, I DO have a heater core on the shelf. I guess, since you just JINXED me, I'll install it while I have everything apart! Thanx BAStid! MORE work!
My guess is 4-6 weeks before I get it to the track. I work some carazy hours! So, it may actually take longer.
I'll post up, though ... Just to put some traffic in here.
Watch out! the 2.3 is about to be unleashed!

I haven't been to the track in ages either, but since I'm seriously thinking of selling my car, I'll be trying to get it to the track again before March. I have several small things to do before it'll be ready and little time or money for them. I have even less time to go dragging my car to the track, which is about 2hrs from my house.

I get a little sick just thinkin' about it.
I can't even find the time to get the GSXR to the track and I have plenty of incentive!
A few weeks ago I road with some guys who were going to the track. I went all the way, got into the parking lot and I had to leave because I knew I just couldn't sit there and watch other people race and I didn't know whether me bike is legal to race (no shut off strap).
I was totally bummed until I got a wink and a smile (soley because of the bike, of course) by a YOUNG (like 22-25) HOT girl at the gas station a few miles away from the track.
Otherwise, I went to a couple of Test & Tunes (last year), but my best E.T. of both of those was 11.4, so it was nothin' to brag about.

A'ight... How about we meet at the track for a race and the loser pays the winners expenses???

Hell, at this point maybe I could take the daily driver and run that! I wouldn't have to trailer anything, so it would cost (you) less. At least then you'd stand some small chance.
