I think he might have gone farther if the chute, hood, trunk, doors, and everything else hadn't opened as soon as he left the ramp.

What year Lincoln was that? Looks like the 69 MarkIII my neighbor's selling right now.

You would think that with 4 years of planning that someone would have realized the force of the air etc on the car and would have planned for it. Dude probably passed out from the G's before he even went off the ramp...


Here's my real question, maybe I missed it but where did he plan on landing? I didn't see any ramps or areas cleared for a "safe" landing on the other side of the river...

It seems to me that any first year physics or engineering student could have done a few calculations on the back of an envelope and decided there was no way in hell that it could work.

Still though balls of steel or brains of shit.

I'm thinking the Lincoln in the video is a Mark IV, Because it has those oval windows in the back passenger side of the car. I don't know if the Mark III ever came with that look.
