Not Too Shabby.....

so whats the deal, everyone hate this car or love it?

Posted by: John

Who fucking cares? It's just a non-running, Crapmaro concept.

If it transformed into a robot for real then it'd be cool. It's still a fucking Chevy though. That's 2 out of 3 strikes right there.

I would have liked if they kept Bumblebee as a bug and named the Camaro something else.

Hey, at least it's not a Ford!

Yeah, because it would kick ass if it were. Hell look at the saleen cop car, that's sweet

I see John is still up to his old asshattery.

Hey John... they ever get back together?

Posted by: John

Heh. Whatever. It got you people posting about something, didn't it?

I agree with NRA though. BumbleBee should be a VW New Beetle. The Camaro should have been like Wheeljack or something. I mean, after all it is a Chevy so it would only make sense that the Camaro would be the mechanic Autobot, right?

Not going to answer my question?

Posted by: 65fairlane

Time to bust out my nerdiness for all to see. VW wouldn't allow their vehicle to be used about 4 years ago for a 1:24 scale transforming toy because the toy line featured warring robots and came with weapons. They also started a new comic line about a year and a half ago in which they reinvented bumblebee's character as less of a bumbling useless moron.

As a result bumblebee was skipped entirely in this line. In the same line Wheeljack became a 1:24 mustang GT and Mirage a 1:24 Ford GT. Lots of Vettes and Vipers etc.

I LOVE IT............

I saw the trailer the other day (while watching Pirates of the Caribbean 3). Looked pretty cool, although I'm sure it'll be stupid.

After all, who goes to the movie to be educated? When I go to the movies, I leave my brain at the door and enjoy myself. Sometimes I forget to pick my brain up as I leave though...

I think it is the ambiguous form of "they" that people like to use when complain about how things work at their job. "They" have no faces or names, but "they" are always watching and screwing over someone.

His question was "Hey John... they ever get back together?" and I have no fucking clue what he's talking about.

I was just messing with you. Don't get all sensitive on me.

Sensitive?
Ass cheeks?

That doesn't make any sense! What the hell are you talking about? Is this like some stupid attempt at humor?

Posted by: IROC_ZO6

Hey Jay, I heard the hardest part of driving a toyota was telling your parents that you are gay, is this true?

I should have known.

Sorry for all of your confusion. I'll speak slower next time.

Just because I let you give me some head that one time doesn't mean that I'm gay!

Cool. I bought a Release flats boat about a year ago. Not a speed boat (not too shaby though for what it is), but it's a awesome fishing boat!

It has a Bobs flats jack plate (hydraulic) and I've been running it at 1.5 height trimmed out. Any higher and it loses water pressure if I make even a slight turn. I'm running a 4 blade SS prop and I don't even know the pitch. I bought it off of a friend of a friend for $5,500.

Posted by: IROC_ZO6

you can tell the pitch by the part number... most likely want to stick around 18-20. if ya want any setup tips I can give ya some pointers. whats the pad look like? flat, slight v, concave?

I'll try and take a pic of the underneath and show you. I'll check the prop for any #'s when I get home this evening.
