So there is this kid (and by kid I mean 31 year old man that acts like a 15 year old ricer) here at work that is REALLY getting on my nerves. He has this old ass civic that he thinks is a "Performance Car"... the car has had a integra engine swap, but it's a cheaply done swap... nothing works right and it is always breaking down.
When I bought the Si he was always wanting to race, it got old fast. So one day we leave work at the same time... he tries to showoff his "power" on the interstate and I hang right with him with no problems....
Now, fast forward to today. I was telling a story about some punk kid in a ricer civic revving his engine at me when I was driving the PJ Saleen around the building to put inside for the night... we are started laughing at the kid and I stomped the loud pedal so the car kicked out and made some loud sounds.
Now this kid I work with starts getting mad and makes this comment that "if my civ hadn't burnt a valve I would run it against anything on this lot... except the saleens and stuff..." then he tells me that he could eat my mustang anyday... the next thing he tells me is that he could beat me with a burnt valve because he outran a 90s model corvette the other day...and a Nova with "a built motor".
The whole time he is running his mouth I am laughing at him, I can't help it... my stock 05 Si kept up with him before the burnt valve, why wouldn't my GT be more than up to the task !?!?! It's just no worth it...
Now he is running his mouth about his G35 (100k miles) and how great it is...
Anyone know of any articles that compare any of these cars? I know the G35 is a 350z, but his feels like a real dog.
Anyway, though everyone could use a good laugh...

If he needs to be reminded, tell him to meet you at the track....In front of many spectators who can confirm his arse whoopin'.....Bring co-workers with ya..I gurantee he'll see some fast domestic cars and true fast imports, that he could never touch...

Yeah, but he is one of those guys that would never show up at a track for the very reasons that you mentioned. He is an alright guy until anyone mentions anything about performance then you goes off on this stuff. And EVERYTIME so kids come on the lot in an import he basically runs out to talk to them and then takes them to see his shitvic.
It's just sad for someone that is 31 years old to act like this guy...

Because he is a jackass that gets fired or is forced to get every other dealership he has worked at. This is his 3rd time working here. It's a LOOONG story about the other times he has worked here and everything... but like I said, he acts like he is 15 or something, just doesn't use his head at all.

Supposedly which ever honduh engine he swapped in with his "aftermarket parts" gives him 200 hp... now, even in a tin can with 200 hp my heavy ass vert shouldn't have a problem with him. I just want to take him around the block in my car one day just to deflate his ego... but he won't even do that...
This is actually pretty amusing... we (buddies at work) have finally found something that we can give him hell about that. Someone walks by him and says something stupid about a shitty civic being slow and we just watch him turn red...
