Good question... I'm not too sure anyone really knows. Rumors were that it was a real person with a real car, just probably not as fast as it was supposed to be.

All I remember was calling him out to Moroso motorsports park on test and tune night. I was prepared to see what that 4cyl Dodge would do. He never showed but claimed he was there all night.
