I still can't believe that you guys can't tell the difference between an Aussie and English accent... but then again, I can't tell the difference between Canadians and Yanks! 
That's from a show called 'The Chaser's War on Everything' and they do some seriously crazy shit. They actually got arrested a while back when there was some big summit on in Sydney and they made right through all the security to where all of the dignitaries were about to have a conference.
No big deal you would think, but one of them was dressed as OSAMA BIN LADEN!!

I just remembered seeing that prank quite some time ago and at the time, the "run up" said this was from England... Didn't even try to pay attention to the accent or dialect. Sorry... 
I do remember them saying it was a crazy crew, not as stupid as "Jackass" though...
