Scott Kalitta Killed

E-Town, car blew up at the big end, ran through all the safety at the top end and hit the concrete wall. He was likely killed on impact.

The thing that struck me odd is that the rest of his team decided not to run their races out of respect to him. I can understand that, but I would think a racer would want his family and friends to respect him by pushing through with the race... of course I could be wrong.

That was terrible.
It was cool to see his team at the starting line yesterday and a classy move by Robert Height to idle down the track. This was a solo run because of Scott's death.
