OK, well, for one thing, it's gonna be real difficult to rig voting on that poll. It would have to be manually entered each time because of the security checks with the letters in the pictures. So creating a bot to vote would be next to impossible since those pictures are randomly generated and can't be saved because they aren't cached but rather the call to the java object is and that is what you would end up accessing to try and do any kind of OCR work with it.
The other problem is that with only about 220,000 votes, it's not even 10% of the total population but that is a TON of votes to enter and get enough of an average distribution among states that could reflect what is normally seen as how people typically vote in those states. If you actually look at the numbers for each state, you see that the typically red states have giant represented numbers of red votes but in the typically blue states, the margins are much closer.
Then again, I think Billary had a chance at being the new boss because as many people out there that don't want a woman for president I think there are exponentially more people out there that "ain't gonna elect no black man for president!"
I think there is going to be a record turn out in the country for voting because Obama is a black Muslim and there is still a great deal of animosity towards Muslims in this country. Especially since OPEC, which is made up of a good deal of Muslim states, is whom everybody seems to blame for oil prices. Add to that the race card and Obama has two potentially HUGE strikes against him. And it's not just from uncultured rednecks from the deep south. I know several Jewish people who refuse to vote for Obama because he is Muslim and they are torn because they are staunch democrats.
This election is not going to be based on politics or platforms. If it was, Obama wouldn't be where he is because he has yet to define a platform or any kind of policy whatsoever. McCain's platform and policies seem a little misguided in spots but at least he's got a plan. Obama is where he is because the idealists in this country have all the money and power. Namely media and Hollywood and they want to show how progressive everyone is by propping up a black Muslim for president. But for every one idealist in a high place that thinks they know what is good, there are a hundred fundamentalists in other parts who know what is good for them too and it ain't gonna be no black man or Muslim for that matter. It's a shame that people still think about it like that but if that is how it keeps Obama from getting in to office, I say excellent! Not that I don't want a black president or even care if he or she is Muslim. I can just think of many other, much more qualified candidates to be that "first" than Obama.
You know what's funny about all this though? Everyone who says their vote doesn't count? You're full of shit. Every Hollywood type and media maven has one vote. You know what? That's how many I have too. Their vote counts as one vote for their candidate. You know what? Mine does too. You know what else? You can pack up the entire population of Hollywood and all the media pundits and such and put them in a big room and they still make up less than 1 percent of the total population. So if I vote and my vote counts and you vote and your vote counts then guess what? Between you and me, we just negated and then beat at least 1 Hollywood guy or media talking head. Every vote counts.
