How come every time I post something, I hit submit and it takes me back to my post. Then, I hit the back buttom and it takes me to an expired page WTF

Try going to the link at the top of the page to the forum you want to be in.

Yep, its supposed to do that. It keeps the same posts from be submitted more than once.
After you post, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you'll see a little box that says "forum jump". Click on the arrow and choose where you want to go from the list.
