Gotta have a gear puller. Or if it's the stock sintered metal, you can probably whack it with cold chisel and split it off...

Thanks guys, got it off. Was replacing the one on the Big Blazer. It runs better now. Just pro longing the life on the 350 until I have time to put the 400 in sometime in March/April.
