1970 Dodge Challenger R/T

Hi, i've just joined up and want to know a bit about the "history" of the car stated.My son has just today bought one , and we were wanting to know in what regard they are held Stateside. Has a little bit of tlc to be given, but runs well and is in good order.

what is it you want to know.

What motor and trans are in it?

Is it a TRUE R/T?

Send me some info and I will let you know.

Around here a REAL R/T in Good condition will bring alot of $$$ especially if it is a 440-six pack, four speed or a HEMI.

THE OLE MAN,hi,yes its a true 440 magnum 3 speed column change and bench seat auto. it has matching numbers and all the badges of R/T on it. and its in pretty good shape for its age

I'll have to look up the numbers, butt, from memory I don't recall EVER seeing a 440 R/T with a column shift. You might have a low number production car.

I'll get back to you on this.
