off road h-pipe?

I know this is a longshot cuz its a V6 question...BUT...
does anyone know if a 94-98 GT O/R H-Pipe will bolt directly onto my existing 97 V6 dual exhaust setup??? Or will i have to buy an actual H-Pipe made for V6's?
Reason i ask is a local guy is basically giving it away to make room in his garage and he'll let me have it for 80 bucks if i hurry over and get it
