What works on my Bronco II 4WD. Theres plenty of companys that make headers for this swap, but from what Ive read non of them fit very well and they are expencive as hell. Is there any cheaper alternitave. (stock manifolds will not work, there fine on the left side but exit right on the frame on the right.)

James Duff Enterprises Give that a click and see what ya think. The list headers on the page here, for $239.00 I believe.

Thee's other companies to look into, but J.D. is pretty popular and came to mind almost immediately.

Oh... Total Performance... Lemme find them... Well great.. Can't find the page. Anyway, try www.V8Ranger.com too. Those guys can help you find info like this.

Then there's the Ranger Station, but those guys.... Uggggh

Have fun.

All I have heard about the James Duff headers are complaints about poor quality and fit.

I did find out that 94/5 Mustang headers will work. I appriciate it.

The 94-95 headers will work, but not very well. You'll still have to notch the frame a bit, on the right side.
Go here. They've got good suff. Their oil filter relocation is kick ass!
There's also Kaufmann Pruducts, the trouble with Kaufmann is, no one knows if they're up and running again. They have great stuff, but they were bought out, or something, and they're still not back to normal. Good luck on that one.
4X4s are a pain in the ass to swap because of the header selection (the front drive shaft is in the way).
