When you make a post look just below the area where ya type your text. You'll see a button that says "browse". Click it and a window will pop up showing the files on your own computer. Find the picture that you want to upload and then double click on it. Then just submit your post as you always do and the picture will automatically be uploaded.

Keep in mind that the file size of the picture has to be 60400 bytes or less. You can use almost any image editing program to make them smaller.
