SVT Focus aftermarket throttle body

I was looking on the internet for aftermarket parts for my svt focus and noticed that i was coming across a bunch of 65mm throttle bodies marketed specifically for the stv focus. I thought this was strange because it already has a 66mm throttle body. What's going on?

Yes the svt focus is 66 but inside it is 62 it will be about 3 mm increase and ive heard it help throttle response
