SVT Focus Chip

I was wondering what the best chip would be for my SVT Focus. I also heard about some kind of rom flash for the computer. What is that? It is just a sofware upgrade?

There are many "chips" available by now, but the only ones that really work are dyno tuned with the car.

I havent seen One aftermarket chip yet, jet was workin on one i would go with a reflash man
