Has anyone had any experience with Adire's products? I was thinking about getting either a 12" or 15" Brahma for my single cab pickup.

Adire Brahmas: Didn't you play a gig with them once? :btg:

Looks to me like they can handle an assload of power, but the frequency response doesn't seem too impressive. If you have an amp that will throw 2000 watts to one of these speakers, I bet you're truck will rattle apart almost immediately

How about a nice pair of 10" subs in a custom box?

Those brahmas sure are pricey!

Yeah, but that was just once!

VETTEKLR, I know of the perfect noise tracks to use if you want to try and rattle a vehicle apart with sound.

Play tracks 13 & 14 of the ACCHOS CD The Auditorium Organ through that 2000 watt sound system. Track 13: 100-inch Tuba Imperial and Grand Ophicleide demonstration. This track features a pair of pipe organ stops that are SIX TIMES LOUDER THAN A STEAM LOCOMOTIVE WHISTLE!!! Track 14: 64-foot Diaphone-Dulzian demonstration. This track is a recording of organ pedal pipes that range in size from 32-feet to 64-feet tall!!! I guarantee that track 14 will push ANY sub to it's limits!! Go to www.acchos.org for details on how to get this CD. I have been searching Murphy for the best sound system I could find to try these two tracks on.

I have a JL audio 10W0 behind my seat right now until I upgrade. I'm debating whether to put togather a f'ing insane system or get the whipple first. I'm guessing when you're pushing that many watts, SQ and bass response don't matter as much. I just need something to drown out dual 3 1/2" cutouts on the highway X 10. :btg:
