There's several ways to get them.. Posting, refering new members to the site, donations, and getting a new high score on any of the games wins you the jackpot for that game.

Because the games use up alot of bandwidth. Bandwidth = $$$$. The arcade is intended for our contributing members (those who post regularly). We get waaaay to many people who come here just to play games and eat up bandwidth. So I put the post requirement in place, which also clearly advises users NOT to post unrelated BS (such as 2 short back to back posts with no real significance in the same thread) just to get arcade access. Some people ignore this warning and do it anyway.. and when they do, the system will automatically reverse their post count disallowing them arcade access permanently.
