Browser Problems....

Ok, everytime I set my browser tool bars the way I like it. Then when I reboot the computer, it is changed back to what it was. I even got what was suppose to be a registry fix, but it didnt work.

All this happened after I got loaded down with eZula spyware. I got it all removed, and now my browser tool bars wont stay set. For example, see attached pics. Top one is how I set it, the bottom is how it looks after reboot.

Any ideas ?

It may be that your browser isn't allowing cookies from this site. You may need to change the security settings.

Tools > Internet Options > Security > Set the security level to Medium...or if you know what you're doing, customize it however you want.

Make sure only one browser is open. Set it the way you want. Close the browser. Open the browser. Is is still set the way you want?

I've had that happen...only because I had multiple browsers open. If you change the settings on one of them, windows doesn't know which one to save, so it just stays with what was already set.

Yes, it will stay. Until I reset the computer. Then it goes back to the same ole crappy way it was before I set it up. There is a bunch of topics about this out there, but they say use that repaired registry entry, which I did, and it still isnt working.
