At least we can expect SOMEONE will actually drive the last 2004 Mustang... What about the last Camaro off the line? Daily driver? I doubt it.

What I don't get is the apparent jubilation from those who, many of which, will be out of work before long. I've heard that plant will be closing. At any rate, the next generation of the most popular "pony car" the world has(or ever will) known is sure to be far better.

In the article:
"The last Mustang to be built at the Rouge — a red GT convertible — will go on display in Ford’s new Rouge Visitor Center"

The Last Camaro

"The last Chevy Camaro to come off the lot was auctioned off on Sunday during a live auction by Kruse International, an eBay subsidiary that specializes in collector-car auctions."

I'm not quite sure, but it is pretty common to see someone pushing one if you know what I mean.

I think the 05's will be much better cars overall. Nothing to be sad about. Not like when the last 3rd gen f-body was made in '92.

the 05 will totally own the prior years...

They do that to help keep the engine cooled between races.

Wow! I just didn't realize that they had to push them all the way down the highway to keep them cool!
