what a bunch of eliteist pricks. fucking typical gold chain wearing vette owners...

let 95% of those guys bring their shit to the roadcourse and i'll own them with my WS6... If i had to, id borrow my old iroc from the buddy who i sold it too and show them what a lowered polyurethane bushing, stiff ass suspension, comp tire wearing f-body can do. ahh those were the days at the autoX, ive shut up shit talking assholes before, i can do it again...

Hmmm I guess those guys just don't believe that the LS1 camaros are putting more HP to the ground STOCK than thier LT1's make at the crank. Well, facts is facts.

Mike what problem are you having with the fans?

Posted by: MikeT

oh ya and they had a picture of there!

I got it fixed thanks. I was puting a different fan sensor in so the fans would come on at 200 not 228. But realized I had it in the wrong spot. I had removed the gage sending unit. So I went and got a new gage sending unit from Napa. Well the car would say it was over heating and the fans weren't coming on, I didn't want to let it run to see if the fans started. I put the old sending unit back in and the fans come on right when they are supposed to. Turns out I got a bad brand new part from Napa.

Glad you got that sorted out. I added a hayward fan switch wired in with the existing fan controls. It turns both on at 185 and off at 170. Stock turns one on at 220 and the 2nd on at 240. If it ever fails, the stock setup will continue to function normally. Plus I added a toggle switch to ground the fan relay whenever I want to. So, I can turn them both on manually at any time.

If the gauge is correct it still runs about 220-230 in traffic during the summer. Which IMO is still a bit too hot.

Sounds like those guys have the "Vette can Never Loose" syndrome.
I realy need to get a fan switch or my PCM reprogrammed, my car was hitting 210-220 in the staging lanes, not very ideal for drag racing. I put an adjustable fan switch on the 85 Vette, so I can set it to come on automaticaly whenever I want it to.
