Cobra = Supercarged DOHC/4 Valve per cylinder Engine, 390 H.P., Six speed manual tranny, I.R.S.

Mach 1 = N/A DOHC/4 Valve Engine 305 H.P., 5 Spd manual or 4 spd. auto, Live rear axle, comfort weave leather interior...

Plus the Cobra comes with Forged internals from the factory.
Im not sure bout the Mach, but it prolly comes with the hyperutetic pistons.
Cobra comes with an Iron block.
MAch1 has an Aluminum block.
