Its a 1994 Dauer 962 LeMans the fastest car in the world 0-60, not top speed. The next fastes car in the world is th 2000 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Concept 0-60 in 2.7 sec. Sorry I dont have any more detailed specs on this cars because the company are sum what secretive on materiels and specs like weight, if any one has further information on this vehicles, please list it.

nope it's a 2000 HKS Racing 180SX at 1.2sec 0 to 60...next is a 1994 Ford SVT 10.0L Boss Mustang 1.9 sec

Actually the Lingenfelter twin turbo Vette did it in 1.8 sec.

I would think that a Top Fuel dragster or Funny Car has the capability of blasting past 60 MPH is a split second considering they reach 300+ MPH in just over 4 seconds.

Unless of course we neglect to mention that these are street legal cars we are discussing.

Thanks for mentioning the Lingenfelter 'Vette. I beleive it was the 2001 edition that did 0-60 in 1.97. That would be one awesome ride.
