Damn. Sorry to hear it. I know how you feel. I've had my fair share of sicknesses, injuries, and toxins with pets.

Dude read the story and started to feel bad, but then it got better. I am glad everything worked out.

Thank god for 'little miracles'. Your pup must be one of em'.

Nothing near as severe as what's happened to your dog...but I'm currently battling RingWorm on Bruno, my Pit/Lab/Shar-Pei.

I think you were justified on that drive

Strange, I never knew that about sunflower seeds! Glad your dog is doing okay now.
About the... " You might take a look at yours, and think out a plan in advance". I've had the Trailblazer at over 100 mph one time and it was very stable, almost like a car, and it got there fairly quick! Definatly not an LS1, but quick!

I didn't either. Do a Google for "toxic sunflower seeds" and then do a little digging, and there is plenty of evidence that it "could" be dangerous. Strangely, we only have one dog that has any desire at all to eat sunflower seeds, and now I hope that desire is gone. We're not giving her any chance to eat any more either, as I go out every time with her, whether it's 4:00AM and raining or not!

Hmm... Good doggie! I mean now that she's better. I've hated losing each dog I've had. Put the last down well over a year ago. Hardest thing I've ever had to do with/for a pet, but he was old and had cancer. Anyway, glad she's aight.

We're always putting out sunflower seeds for the birds (and squirrels). I had no idea!

Did you know raw peanuts are bad for squirrels as well, they need to be roasted....

Glad to hear your dog made it. My G/Fs dog wasnt so lucky last night.
She died sometime I guessing early this morning. When I went to her house last night she was having trouble breathing and was very lethargic. She had called the Vet earlier and was told to give her some medicine that was prescribed to her earlier in the year. She had some kind of heart problems. Shes not taking it too well, shes had that dog since she was very young. She was her best friend.

Sorry to hear that, I've lost them before and it's always tough. After a while, the best medicine is to get another one. It never really makes up for the loss though.

It's the vehicle Porsche should have built. It's a lot more along their traditional virtues and values than the Cayenne.
And uhhhhh, I don't think I'll be taking any "hair advice" from a guy who wore a mullet anytime soon, thankfully!!!!!!

Good to hear the dog turned out alright. I had to rush my Otterhound to the clinic one time with seizures, so I know the feeling of hauling ass to save your pet. I am glad you got er there in time...
