Default 70's block, 90's trans, lightened flywheel...

I have a 70's model 350 and I've bolted it up to a 90's nv3500 trans. I also have a lightened flywheel with the stock pressure plate. The problem is that the clutch fork can be pushed all the way and hits the back of the trans without engaging the pressure plate. I know I lost almost half an inch off the flywheel, but is there a larger throw out bearing, a different clutch fork, or a performance pressure plate that will bridge the gap?

Thanks for any info.

WOW! MONTHS and nothing.
I hope you've figured it out by now.
If not, my suggestion is to modify the fork. You can always get a different one, if you come up with something else later.
We just don't have enough going on in here, these days!
Mine might be a POS, but I like it.
